How do I enter your offer?
All you need to do is buy one of our promotional packs, and enter your unique code right here. You’ll find out instantly if you’ve won!
Where do I find my code?
You’ll spot your unique ten-digit code on all our packs that say “Win!” on the front. It’ll be on the inside of the cardboard sleeve.
My code doesn’t work. What should I do?
Your unique code should be 10 alphabetical characters in length. It won’t contain any numbers, and it’ll start with the letter P. The codes are case-sensitive, so you’ll need to make sure you’re typing each letter exactly as it appears on the pack.
If your code is incorrect, you’ll receive a message telling you that it isn’t valid. And if it’s already been used, you’ll receive a message explaining this. You might get this message if you’ve accidentally double-clicked the entry button. But don’t worry – whatever happens after you’ve entered a correct code, you’ll get an email telling you if you’ve won or lost.
I can’t read the code on my pack. What should I do?
We find it easier to read if you hold it at a distance, as it’s made up of small lines. If you still can’t read it, send a photo to email@example.com – we’ll do our best to help you out.
Why do you need my details?
We do our best to limit the information we ask for – we want to make it as easy as possible to enter. But if you’re one of the lucky winners, we need your contact details so we can tell you that you’ve won! We ask for your name, address and postcode so we can verify your details and deliver your prize further down the line.
Don’t worry – we’ll never send you anything or share your details without your express permission.
Why do I have to post in my pack to claim the main prize?
We want our offer to be fair for everyone. We ask winners to post in their winning pack to prove they bought one of our puds, and prevent any false claims. This is very normal for this kind of offer.
My pack doesn’t have a code. Why not?
Not all our puds have codes on the packs – only the ones that say “Win!” on the front. They started appearing in supermarkets in early September, but some supermarkets might still be stocking puds from before then.
When’s the latest I can enter my code?
Our offer ends on 2nd January 2020. Make sure you get your code in before then!
Why is there no phone number I can call for help?
Phone lines can get tied up – and it’s no fun to be on hold! If you’ve got any questions that aren’t answered here, feel free to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get back to you as quick as we can!
